Summer is fast approaching and we at Dayton Learning Center are planning our summer program and summer camps for your children.
We will start off our summer program season on May 27th and 28th with a Basketball Camp at our Family Life Center (Gym). The instructor will be Coach Matt Bollant, the Women's Basketball Coach from NCAA Division 1 University of Green Bay in Wisconsin. This will be a quality opportunity for boys and girls to learn the fundamentals of basketball. This camp ill be open to the public at of cost of $15 per day. For those enrolled in the summer program for DLC the cost will only be $10 per day.
Every Friday, during the summer program, will be WATER DAY! This weekly event will include a field trip to Fort Bluff camp (on Dayton Mountain) along with a picnic lunch together. Also, we'll play 18 holes of miniature gold and then have fun playing on the water slide.
Other summer program activities include gardening, water safety classes, art clinics, scrapbooking, tutoring for summer jump ahead programs, tennis clinic, cheering clinic, spiritual emphasis learning along with many other exciting activities and events.
